You remember her. The girl who climbed the highest, laughed the loudest, and didn't need permission to take up space. Somewhere between the jobs, the relationships, the obligations, and the endless shrinking — she got quiet.
Our programs are about finding her again.
Not a younger version of you. Not a fixed version of you. The full version — the one who's been in there the whole time, waiting.
You'll walk away with:
The language to name what you've been carrying — and permission to put it down
Tools to stop making yourself smaller for other people's comfort
Clarity on what you actually want — not what you've been told to want
A community of women who get it, because they're living it too
Your wild girl. Still in there. Still yours.

She had a great impression of someone who had it all together. She did not.
Unapologetic is the memoir Erika Scott wrote from the therapist's chair — raw, hilarious, and completely unfiltered. Through bad marriages, worse sex, menopause, and being told — literally, in percentages — to be less, she went looking for the wild girl she lost along the way.
Spoiler: she found her.
For every woman who has ever apologized for taking up space.

Dr. Mariah Armstrong is essentially Miss Marple, if she were an expert in poisons and had seven sons.
The irony of being accused of murder via poisoning, while locked in an asylum, was not lost on Mariah. As a doctor with experience figuring things out, proving her innocence might actually be more than she can handle.
The whims of brutal and powerful men had never intimidated her but rage at her daughter's premature death and intimate knowledge of poisons assures she can’t escape scrutiny as they investigate the death of her sworn enemy.
Fortunately, in the raising of 7 sons Maria has become a master with slight of hand and has been able to avoid ingesting the heavy sedatives, leaving her with her wits.

Sometimes you don't know what you don't know.
And for me one of those things was the book and publishing industry. In the absence of knowledge I invented a narrative that suited me. Until it didn't.
The universe gave me a little tap tap tap and presented a free webinar on finding an agent and publishing 101 - Wow apparently the stuff I made up was just wrong, who knew??
The idea that I could self publish as a test and then if people liked the book I could look at traditional publishing was backwards. I was so close to screwing that up.
There are some prepublishing test copies floating around or if you'd llike to be a beta reader on the latest draft please feel free to let me know and I'm happy to get all the feedback I can.

Readers say Unapologetic made them laugh out loud, cry ugly, and text their best friend at midnight. Exactly as intended.
Join us for a relaxed and comfortable workshop where we look to the reasons we became less and how to take the first step to becomming that wild girl again.
